Terms of sale

Article 1 — Purpose

These terms of sale ("Terms") govern the sale, on glowy.pro, of downloadable digital wallpaper packs (the "Products") between:

(the "Seller") and any natural person acting for personal purposes (the "Customer"). Any order implies full acceptance of these Terms, confirmed by a checkbox before payment.

Article 2 — Products

The Products are collections ("packs") of digital desktop wallpapers, delivered as JPEG files in 4K resolution (3840 × 2160 pixels), packaged as a ZIP archive. The content of each pack (number of designs, theme, previews) is described on its product page. The designs are created with artificial-intelligence tools, then curated and edited by the Seller.

Article 3 — Prices

Prices are shown in euros, net and inclusive of all taxes — VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Multi-pack discounts, where offered, are applied automatically in the cart and summarised before payment. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 4 — Ordering and payment

Orders are placed without creating an account. Payment is made by card (or an equivalent method offered) via Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. The Seller never has access to the Customer's card details, which are processed exclusively by Stripe under PCI-DSS standards. The order is final upon Stripe's confirmation of payment; a receipt is sent by email.

Article 5 — Delivery

Delivery is made by email, to the address provided at checkout, immediately after payment confirmation and at the latest within one (1) hour. The email contains a secure download link, valid for seventy-two (72) hours and limited to twenty-five (25) downloads.

If the email is not received (check your spam folder), the link has expired, or downloading fails, the Customer may request a new link from contact@glowy.pro, free of charge.

Article 6 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L.221-28 1° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun before the end of the withdrawal period, with the consumer's prior express consent and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.

By ticking the box provided before payment, the Customer expressly requests immediate delivery of the digital content and expressly waives their right of withdrawal. Otherwise, delivery would only take place after the statutory fourteen (14) day period. See the Right of withdrawal page.

Article 7 — Legal guarantees

The Seller is bound by the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content (articles L.224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects. If a file is defective, unreadable or does not match its description, the Customer may require it to be brought into conformity free of charge; failing that, a price reduction or cancellation and refund. Article 8 — Licence of use

Purchase grants the Customer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and perpetual licence to use the files for strictly private purposes: display as wallpaper on the Customer's devices, on any number of devices.

The following are prohibited without the Seller's written authorisation: resale, redistribution (free or paid), sharing of files or download links, commercial use (including printing for sale or incorporation into products or services), online publication of full-resolution files, and use for training artificial-intelligence models.

Article 9 — Liability

The Seller's liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damage and shall not exceed the amount of the relevant order. The Seller is not liable for incompatibility of the files with the Customer's specific hardware or software, provided the stated characteristics (format, resolution) are met.

Article 10 — Personal data

The processing of the Customer's data is described in the Privacy policy.

Article 11 — Mediation and complaints

Complaints may be sent to contact@glowy.pro. Failing amicable resolution, consumers may have free recourse to the consumer mediator designated in the Legal notice.

Article 12 — Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Consumers additionally benefit from the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence. Failing amicable agreement, French courts have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules.
